Spiced Apple Old Fashioned

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz Bourbon Quality Bourbon is always best.
- 1/4 oz Apple Cider
- 1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 piece Cinnamon Stick Garnish
- 1 slice Apple Garnish
- 1 slice Orange Garnish
- 1 Cube Ice Large Ice Cubes are best.
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker with ice pour Bourbon, Apple Cider, Maple Syrup, and bitters.
- Stir (don't shake)
- Strain into a lowball glass over one large ice cube.
- Garnish with Cinnamon stick, apple slice, and orange slice.
Salted Caramel White Russian

- 1 oz Salted Caramel Kahlua
- 2 oz Stoli Salted Caramel Vodka
- 1 oz Half & Half
- 1 Tbsp Ghiradelli Sea Salt Caramel Sauce For Garnish
Instructions
- Drizzle the Salted Caramel sauce down the inside of your lowball glass and set aside.
- In your cocktail shaker add Salted Caramel Kahlua, Salted Caramel Vodka, half & half and shake well.
- Place fresh ice cubes in your glass and strain your mixture from the cocktail shaker over ice.

- 2 oz Ketel One Vodka Any premium Vodka can be substituted.
- 1/2 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz Espresso Prepared
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 each Espresso Bean For garnish
Instructions
- Prepare your Espresso as normal and let it cool.
- Combine Espresso, Vodka, Kahlua, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until a foamy top is produced.
- Strain into a Martini Glass slowly.
- Garnish with Espresso beans for that added touch.

- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1-2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 6 whole Blackberries
- 3-4 leaves Basil
- 4-5 oz Sparkling Water
Instructions
- In a glass first muddle your blackberries aggressively.
- Strain into a cocktail shaker and discard the pulp.
- Add Basil, lime juice, sugar and softly muddle together.
- Add the rum and shake to combine.
- Fill your Collins glass with ice and strain in the cocktail mixture.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a blackberry and sprig of basil
Cucumber Jalapeño Moscow Mule

- 2 oz Ketel One Vodka Premium is best.
- 4 oz Ginger Beer
- 1 sprig Fresh Mint
- 1 1/2 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 4-5 cubes Ice
- 1 slice Cucumber For garnish.
- 1 slice Jalapeno For garnish.
- 2-3 leaves Mint leaves For garnish.
Instructions
Cucumber Jalapeno Mixture
- Dice cucumbers and jalapenos into small chunks.
- Put them into the blender.
- Add 2 ounces of Ginger Beer.
- Blend slowly so you have pieces and it isn't mushy.
Moscow Mule Instructions
- Take out your Copper Mug and put ice into it.
- Pour lime juice over the ice.
- Bring your mint leaves out, press them into your hand to release the flavor, and place them into the mug.
- Add 1 Tbsp of your Cucumber-Jalapeno mixture into each mug.
- Add Vodka
- Add Ginger Beer
- Garnish with slices of cucumber, Jalapeno and mint leaves.

Instructions
- Start by rimming your Margarita Glass with lime juice and then dip it into the coarse salt.
- Mix all ingredients except for club soda into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour into Margarita glass and top off with Club Soda and gently stir.
- Garnish with a lime slice.

- 1/2 cup Ice
- 1 Tbsp Cucumber Jalapeno Mixture From above

- Dice your cucumbers and jalapenos into small chunks.
- Put them into your blender with 2 oz Ginger Beer and blend slowly so you still have pieces and it doesn't get mushy.
- Set aside

- Pour lime juice over the ice
