- 1 each Lime Juice Juice of 1 lime
- 8 each Mint leaves
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 oz Bacardi White Rum
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 1/4 cup Coconut Milk Unsweetened Can
- 2 oz Sparkling Water For Topper
- 1 tsp Pomegranate Arils For Garnish
- 1 each Mint Leaf For Garnish
Instructions
- Start by muddling your mint, lime juice, and sugar in your glass
- Once your leaves are pressed well fill the glass 1/2 up with ice
- Add your white rum, coconut rum and coconut milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into the glass you prepared with the muddled mint and ice.
- Stir with a cocktail spoon
- Float the sparkling water on top
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and the Pomegranate arils.

Instructions
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk, half & half, chocolate syrup, instant espresso, and vanilla extract into a blender.
- Mix on low until well combined.
- Add Irish Whiskey and blend again.
Optional Instructions (only one)
- Add Cocoa powder to the first blend.
- Add Pumpkin Spice to the first blend.

- 1 tsp Coarse Salt
For Margarita
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 2 oz White Cranberry Juice (Only White)
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1-2 Tbsp Agave Nectar
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Cream
- 1 slice Lime For rim
- 1 sprig Mint Garnish
Instructions
Glass Rim
- Blend coconut flakes and coarse salt and press between two spoons to make them have a finer consistency.
- Run lime slice around your Margarita glass then dip into Coconut and Salt mixture
Margarita Instructions
- Add tequila, Cointreau, Coconut Rum, white cranberry juice, lime juice, agave nectar, and coconut cream in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well then add ice and shake some more
- Add fresh ice to your prepared Margarita glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
