Homemade Irish Cream

This recipe will make you think you are drinking Baileys Irish Cream. Plus it's much more cost effective and so creamy!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 1 tsp Instant Espresso
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Ghirardelli Chocolate Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey Can use any good Irish Whiskey
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 2 Tbsp Salted Caramel Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk, half & half, chocolate syrup, instant espresso, and vanilla extract into a blender.
  • Mix on low until well combined.
  • Add Irish Whiskey and blend again.

Optional Instructions (only one)

  • Add Cocoa powder to the first blend.
  • Add Pumpkin Spice to the first blend.
  • Add Salted Caramel to the first blend

Notes

  1. When making this recipe it is important to note that you should only use one optional ingredient per batch.
  2. Measurements should be precise to maintain balance in flavor.
  3. This batch can be refrigerated for up to two months in an airtight container.
