Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Aged Rum
  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Raspberry Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice Fresh is best
  • 1 leaf Mint
  • 1 whole raspberry

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain over clean ice into your glass
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and a raspberry
