Luck of the Irish Mojito

The crispness of a traditional Mojito with a touch of Irish luck and flavorful mint.

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Muddler
  • 1 Collins Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Bacardi Limon
  • 2 oz Club Soda
  • 1 whole Lime Juiced
  • 1 bunch Mint Diced
  • 2 tsp Simple Syrup
  • 1-2 drops Green food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the lime juice, simple syrup, and mint in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add Jameson, Bacardi Limon, ice and shake well.
  • Strain the mixture into a 12-ounce glass filled with ice
  • Top with Club Soda.
  • Garnish with a slice or two of lime and mint.
