2 ounces Hendricks Gin

Leprechaun Luck Rum Punch Recipe
750 ml Bacardi White Rum
2 packages of unsweetened Lemon-Lime Kool-Aid drink mix
8 cups pineapple juice
1 bottle (2L) Sprite or 7-Up
1 bunch Fresh Mint with stems removed (save some for garnish)
2 lemons (sliced)
3 limes (sliced)
In a large pitcher muddle the mint with the Kool-Aid powder. Next, add the pineapple juice and stir (making sure all the mix is dissolved). Finally, stir in the pop (Sprite or 7-Up), the rum, and the fruit. To serve pour into a cocktail glass with a few sprigs of mint and fruit.

This delightful Luck of the Irish drink combines the crispness of traditional mojitos with a touch of Irish luck and some flavorful mint. This cocktail is perfect for sipping any time of day.
Luck of the Irish Mojito Recipe
2 ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 ounce of Bacardi Limon
2 ounces of Club Soda
1 Lime (juiced)
1 handful of mint (diced)
2 tsp Simple Syrup
1-2 drops of green food coloring
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime juice, simple syrup, and mint. Next, add Jameson, Bacardi Lemon, food coloring, and ice then shake well. Strain this mixture into a 12-ounce glass filled with ice and top with the club soda. Finally, garnish with a slice or two of limes and mint. Enjoy!

2 ounces Apothic Red Wine
1 ½ ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey
3 ounces of Ginger Beer
3 shakes Bitters
½ ounce fresh Lemon Juice and a slice of lemon for garnish.
(Optional, dice ¼ orange to place inside glass)
In a glass mix all ingredients then top with ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
This recipe makes one portion. You can make this into a pitcher by increasing your ingredients times four.
