In the #1 Mason Jar with Lid add all ingredients except whole milk and stir gently.
In the #2 Mason Jar with Lid add only milk.
Now slowly pour the cocktail mixture from #1 jar over milk and stir.
Close the lid and refrigerate for 2 hours
Wash the #1 Mason Jar with Lid for the next step
Once the milk curdles (I know it sounds gross but this is an important step) slowly pour the mixture through a pre-rinsed coffee filter into the #1 Jar.
Let the liquid drain slowly into Jar #1.
Repeat draining through the coffee filter 1-2 more times for optimum clarity.
Finally pour 2 1/2 ounces of your strained mixture over a large ice cube and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
