Toasted S'mores Martini

Marshmallow Vodka Infusion Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Ketel One Vodka plain flavor only
- 3 whole Marshmallows Large size (cut into quarters)
Cocktail Ingredients
- 1 oz Mozart Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz Marshmallow Vodka Infusion From recipe above
- 1 oz Half and Half
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips Melted for garnish
- 1 whole Graham Cracker Crushed for garnish
- 1 whole Marshmallow Toasted on a stick for garnish

Marshmallow Vodka Infusion Instructions
In your small mason jar place your cut-up marshmallows and pour the vodka on top
Cover and let sit for at least 24 hours in a dark cool place, shaking every 6 hours
Strain with a fine mesh sieve to remove any marshmallow pieces and set aside.
Recipe Instructions
Melt your chocolate and place it on a small plate
Crush graham crackers and place on a separate plate
Dip the rim of your Martini glass into the chocolate followed by the graham crackers
Place your garnish marshmallow on a stick and lightly toast it, set aside
In a cocktail shaker with ice add all ingredients and shake to chill
Pour into prepared glass
Top with toasted marshmallow
