- 1 Cocktail Shaker
- 1 Tiki Pineapple Glasses
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum (Pussers Rum if possible)
- 4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Orange Juice (Fresh Squeezed if possible)
- 1 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1 dash Grated Nutmeg Garnish
- 1 slice Pineapple Garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice pour rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut.
- Shake steadily for a few moments to blend and chill
- Strain into glass over crushed ice
- Garnish with grated nutmeg and a fresh pineapple slice
