Strawberry Kiwi Mojito

Try this sweet refreshing twist on the classic Mojito. You will enjoy this utter perfection in a glass.

  • 1 Muddler
  • 1 Cocktail Spoon

Ingredients
  

Strawberry Kiwi Puree Recipe

  • 4 whole Kiwi Cut into quarters
  • 12 whole Strawberries Medium size, cut in half
  • 4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 whole Limes - Juiced Juice only

Strawberry Kiwi Mojito Cocktail Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bacardi Superior Rum Can substitute other white Rum
  • 8 leaves Mint
  • 3 oz Strawberry Kiwi Puree From recipe above
  • 3 oz Soda Water
  • 1 slice Strawberry Garnish
  • 1 sprig Mint leaf Garnish

Instructions
 

Puree Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency (not too runny). Set aside.

Strawberry Kiwi Mojito Cocktail Directions

  • Start with a 12 oz glass and place your mint leaves into it.
  • Gently muddle the mint leaves then add the Rum and stir.
  • Add 3-4 ice cubes and top with Puree from the above recipe.
  • Pour soda slowly into the glass
  • Garnish with strawberry and mint.
