Spiked Hot Chocolate

Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 2 Irish Coffee Mug Set

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/8 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 oz Wheatley Vodka
  • 2 oz Mozart Chocolate Liqueur
  • 2 tsp Whipped Cream For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt in a saucepan
  • Stir over medium-low heat stirring often while dissolving ingredients (may take up to 5 minutes)
  • Pour into two mugs (about 1 cup each)
  • In each mug add 1 oz Vodka and 1 oz Mozart Chocolate Liqueur
  • Top with whipped cream
