Instructions
In a sauce pan whisk cocoa powder, and 1/2 cup of milk until blended on low to medium heat until warm.
Add the remaining milk, sugar and chocolate chips stirring frequently until smooth. (It may take a few minutes- slow is best)
Remove from heat and whisk in the cinnamon, vanilla extract, and Bailey's.
Pour into Coffee Mugs and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Notes
This recipe can be easily increased for a larger group. You can add the whipped cream and chocolate sauce when serving.
