Spiked Campfire Cocoa

Equipment

  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Sauce pan
  • 2 Coffee Mug

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Liquid Ingredients

  • 2 cup Milk Choose your favorite milk source.
  • 2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 serving Whipped Cream
  • 1 serving Chocolate Sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a sauce pan whisk cocoa powder, and 1/2 cup of milk until blended on low to medium heat until warm.
  • Add the remaining milk, sugar and chocolate chips stirring frequently until smooth. (It may take a few minutes- slow is best)
  • Remove from heat and whisk in the cinnamon, vanilla extract, and Bailey's.
  • Pour into Coffee Mugs and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Notes

This recipe can be easily increased for a larger group. You can add the whipped cream and chocolate sauce when serving.
