Instructions
Mix your Cranberry Juice and Ginger Ale in a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve, scoop round scoops of your Sherbet into a punch bowl.
Pour the Cranberry Juice/ Ginger Ale mixture in slowly and stir carefully.
Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint.
Optional Serving
Instead of serving in a punch bowl. Pour the Cranberry Juice/ Ginger Ale mixture into each glass and top with a small scoop of Raspberry Sherbet.
Top with a sprig of mint and serve immediatly
Notes
You can easily split this recipe in half for a smaller crowd.
