Pisco Sour Cocktail

This Peruvian Cocktail has a sweet and sour flavor with a slightly citrusy taste.

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Collins Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 oz Barsol Pisco
  • 1 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Key Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Egg Whites Approx. 1 egg
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 twist Lemon or slice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except for the Angostura Bitters in a cocktail shaker without ice (Dry Shake)
  • Shake well to blend. Now add ice and shake again for 30 seconds to chill
  • Strain into a Collins glass.
  • Top with 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Garnish with lemon twist or slice
