Pisco Sour Cocktail
This Peruvian Cocktail has a sweet and sour flavor with a slightly citrusy taste.

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Collins Glass
- 2 1/2 oz Barsol Pisco
- 1 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Key Lime Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Egg Whites Approx. 1 egg
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 twist Lemon or slice
Get Recipe Ingredients
Combine all ingredients except for the Angostura Bitters in a cocktail shaker without ice (Dry Shake)
Shake well to blend. Now add ice and shake again for 30 seconds to chill
Strain into a Collins glass.
Top with 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish with lemon twist or slice
