Pineapple Gin Punch

  • 1 2 Qt glass pitcher
  • 4 Collins Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Pineapple juice
  • 6 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 6 oz Hendricks Gin
  • 2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 2 oz Champagne
  • 4 slice Lemon peel For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix pineapple juice, lemon juice, Gin, Cointreau, and Allspice in a 2 qt glass pitcher with ice.
  • Stir well then pour into Collins glass
  • Add 2 oz champagne on top
  • Garnish with lemon peel
