2 Cubes Pineapple
6 Leaves Mint
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
1 slice Lime
2 oz Bacardi Pineapple Rum
1 oz Cream of Coconut Coco Lopez or other
1 oz Coconut Water
1 slice Pineapple For Garnish

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker muddle your pineapple cubes, mint, sugar, and lime.
Add rum, coconut cream, and coconut water, cover then shake well.
Pour over ice into a Collins Glass, or Margarita Glass.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of pineapple.
