Midnight Green Mojito

Equipment

  • 1 Muddler
  • 1 Cocktail Spoon
  • 1 Collins Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Lime Juice Fresh is best
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 handful Mint Leaves
  • 3 oz Club Soda can increase
  • 1 each Lime Wedge For Garnish
  • 1 each Mint Sprig For Garnish

Instructions
 

  • In your Collins glass, muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice
  • Fill the glass with ice then add rum
  • Top with club soda and stir gently
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint
