Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 oz Captain Morgan
  • 1/2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 1/2 oz Midori
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 splash Sour Mix
  • 1 slice Lime (Optional Garnish)
  • 1 each Maraschino Cherry (Optional Garnish)
  • 1 wedge Pineapple (Optional Garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Fill your cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add all the liquor components and shake well.
  • Strain into a glass with fresh ice
  • Top with Pineapple Juice and Sour Mix
  • Stir Gently
  • Garnish with a slice of lime, a cherry or a pineapple wedge
