Equipment

  • 1 Large Pitcher
  • 8 Wine Glasses Or Highball Glasses (Optional)
  • 1 Cocktail Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Limoncello
  • 1/2 cup Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 bottle Prosecco Chilled (750 ml)
  • 1 1/4 Cups Club Soda Chilled
  • 1 bunch Mint Fresh
  • 2 each Lemons Sliced into wheels
  • 1 each Ice Into each glass

Instructions

Step 1: Create The Flavor Base

  • Lightly slap your mint leaves to release aromatic oils
  • Add 10-12 fresh mint leaves and lemon wheels into a large pitcher
  • Pour the Limoncello and elderflower liqueur over top
  • Place in refrigerator for up to 2 hours to let the flavors mingle

Step 2: Add The Bubbles

  • Right before serving, pour the chilled Prosecco and club soda into the pitcher
  • Give everything one very gentle stir, so you don't lose carbonation

Step 3: Serve

  • Fill wine glasses (or Highball glasses) with ice and pour directly from the pitcher, making sure each glass gets a few mint leaves and a lemon wheel.

Notes

  • Never put ice into the pitcher. It will water down your recipe
  • Always wait to add the sparkling ingredients to keep drink fresh
