Limoncello Hugo Spritz

Equipment

  • 1 Stemless Wine Glass Large wine glass works best
  • 1 Highball Glass (Optional)
  • 1 Cocktail Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Limoncello
  • 1/2 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3 oz Prosecco Chilled
  • 1-2 oz Club Soda
  • 2-3 each Mint Leaves Fresh
  • 1 each Lemon Wheel Or Slice
  • 2-3 each Ice Cubes

Optional For Berry Limoncello Hugo Spritz

  • 2 each Strawberries Fresh
  • 3-4 each Raspberries Fresh
  • 2 each Blackberries Fresh

Instructions
 

  • Fill a large wine glass or highball glass with ice
  • Gently slap a few mint leaves between your hands and add them to the glass with a lemon wheel
  • Pour in the Limoncello and elderflower Liqueur
  • Top with chilled Prosecco and a splash or two of club soda
  • Stir Gently from the bottom up to combine without losing the carbonation
  • Garnish with a fresh mint leaf and enjoy!
