Warm cider with Licor 43, cream on top and cinnamon stick

Licor 43 Hot Apple Pie

This warm winter cocktail has apple and vanilla flavors to warm you inside and out. (It also pairs well with warm cinnamon donuts)

Equipment

  • 1 Irish Coffee Mugs
  • 1 Cocktail Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Licor 43 Original
  • 5 oz Apple Cider
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1-2 whole Cinnamon Sticks

Instructions
 

  • Heat apple cider and one cinnamon stick on medium heat
  • Once hot, turn on low, pour in the Licor 43, and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  • Take off the stove and remove the cinnamon stick.
  • Pour into your Irish Coffee Mug
  • Whip your cream until it is frothy and gently pour over the back of a spoon on top of the hot mixture.
  • Garnish with another cinnamon stick.
