Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Martini Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Lavender Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 each Lavender sprigs Fresh is best

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake until well combined and chilled.
  • Strain into a Martini Glass
  • Garnish with a sprig or two of fresh lavender
