Garden Party Fizz (Mocktail)

This non-alcoholic version of the Garden Party Spritz has all of the deliciousness of the leaded version without the spirits. It is light, floral, and just sweet enough to feel like a treat without being heavy.

Equipment

  • 1 Stemless Wine Glass
  • 1 Cocktail Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Non-alcoholic Sparkling Rose (or Sparkling White Grape Juice)
  • 1 oz Elderflower syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • 1 oz Strawberry Puree
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Splash Soda Water
  • 2 each Strawberry Slices
  • 1 each Mint sprig (optional)
  • 1-2 each Edible Flower (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add strawberry puree and lemon juice into a glass with ice
  • Pour in the Elderflower syrup and non-alcoholic Rose
  • Top with a splash of soda water
  • Gently stir
  • Garnish as desired
