Three Easter cocktails with candy eggs and a blue Easter Bunny

Blue Egg Cocktail

The color of this recipe is inspired by the Robin blue egg for Easter. It not only looks festive but tastes delicious.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Martini Glass
  • 1 Shot Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao may add 1/4 oz more for added color
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz Coco Lopez Coconut Cream
  • 1 each Marshmallow Bunny For garnish
  • 1 tsp Coconut flakes To rim glass

Instructions
 

  • Start by wetting the rim of the Martini glass with a small amount of rum and dipping the glass into coconut flakes
  • Combine ingredients in your Blender with ice
  • Blend until creamy blue (add more Blue Curacao if necessary)
  • Pour into your Martini glass
  • Garnish with a Marshmallow Bunny for added effect
