- 1 oz Bacardi Limon
- 2 oz Club Soda
- 1 whole Lime Juiced
- 1 bunch Mint Diced
- 2 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1-2 drops Green food coloring
Instructions
- Muddle the lime juice, simple syrup, and mint in a cocktail shaker.
- Add Jameson, Bacardi Limon, ice and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a 12-ounce glass filled with ice
- Top with Club Soda.
- Garnish with a slice or two of lime and mint.

- 2 oz Apothic Red Wine Or your favorite Red Wine
- 1 1/2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 3 oz Ginger Beer
- 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 slice Lemon For Garnish
- 1/4 whole Orange Sliced for Garnish
Instructions
- In a glass mix all ingredients
- Top with ice
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and a few slices of orange
