- 1 Cocktail Shaker
- 1 Martini Glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Pumpkin Liqueur Can substitute Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
- 1 oz Carolyns Irish Cream Liqueur (or any Irish Cream)
- 1 oz Heavy Cream Can substitute half-and-half
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Sugar For rim
- .25 tsp Nutmeg Optional for garnish
- 1 each Cinnamon Stick Optional for garnish
Instructions
Rim Instructions
- Place cinnamon sugar on a small plate, then run a bit of pumpkin liqueur on the rim and dip the rim of the glass
- Set glass aside
Cocktail Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients
- Cover and shake well
- Strain into prepared Martini glass
- Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg or a cinnamon stick if desired

- Add water and Maple syrup into a small saucepan.

- Let the syrup cool completely before using in your cocktail.
