What Your Valentine’s Day Cocktail Choice Says About You
Most of the time the drink you order says something about you. Your choice for your Valentine’s Day Cocktails for instance can show your mood and intention for this Holiday.
Many people just drink the same thing they always do and there is nothing wrong with that.
There are some of us, like me who get all caught up in the enchantment of the day. I try to always order something red which is romantic to me.
Beer and Seltzer Drinkers Unite!
If you have someone you love (or even you) who drinks only beer or seltzer, that is perfectly fine.
The ‘sip on the go’ market is fierce and that can let you up your game for this occasion. Even though I drink mostly mixed drinks I do love an occasional spirit in a can.
I Want Some Wine!
In reality, wine is a romantic drink. I know, a lot of us drink it on a Tuesday with no thought at all of the romance. This is different.
When my husband and I go out on a date, to a special place, we tend to order wine. It romanticizes the mood and I like the warm feeling I get with that first sip. – Amore!
Let’s Mix a Little Love Potion
Mixed drinks are by far my favorite alcoholic beverage. The combinations are endless and I love the idea that mixing a little bit of this and a little bit of that can bring this flavor explosion into your mouth. The endless cocktail options blow my mind!

Valentine’s Day Cocktails To Make
Here are three Valentine’s Day Cocktail recipes for you. I tried to give you recipe’s that not only tasted delicious, had red in them, and also sparkled in stemware. I didn’t have to reach very far into my recipe book because two of them are favorites of mine.
The first two cocktails take some ingredients and prep, but as I said, they are my favorites and so worth it.
The last one (which is not even a cocktail actually just some bubbly) is so simple that even if you only have a half hour after the kids are sleeping you can make it work and show your special someone how you feel about them.

I have spent a Valentine’s Day or two alone since my husband travels quite a bit. My pets love it when I cuddle up with them and have a cocktail or two.
There was even one Valentine’s Day when my girlfriends and I went out for some Cocktails. All of us happened to be alone that night and I must admit that it was fun being each other’s Valentine’s dates.
